Introduction
ZTD bucket elevator is a new type of material conveying equipment which has been successfully developed by our factory with the introduction of foreign advanced technology.
The elevator is in the closed shell, material is transported by the hopper suspended on the chain to achieve the combination of horizontal, vertical and horizontal conveying. Completely sealed, no leakage, no pollution.The lifting height can reach 40m.
Type Z bucket elevator with four kinds of hopper Q (shallow bucket), H (arc bottom bucket), ZD (deep bucket), SD (deep bucket). The main frame of the equipment can be used according to the different needs of carbon steel spray, 304 stainless steel, 316L stainless steel materials, hopper materials are plastic hopper, carbon steel hopper, stainless steel hopper optional.
Applications
1) ZTD bucket elevator is suitable for vertical lifting conveying powder, granular and small pieces of small grinding absorption of bulk materials, such as food, coal, cement, ore, etc., widely used in: food industry, cosmetics industry, health food industry, chemical medicine, hardware and electricity industry, metallurgical manufacturing industry, mining, etc..
2) Because of the traction mechanism of the hoist is a ring belt, it is not allowed to transport high temperature (not more than 70°) of the material.

Shell, traction parts (conveyor chain), hopper, driving wheel (head wheel), steering wheel (tail wheel), tensioning device, guide device, feeding port, unloading port.
